It looks like Maricopa County did not pay Pro V&V for its participation in covering up the problems in the 2020 election.
Auditing Dominions' software & hardware
Evidently, Maricopa County did not pay Pro V & V for its participation in covering up what went wrong in the 2020 election. I wonder why?
Perhaps auditing the voting system software and hardware after testing and recommending to the Election Assistance Commission that they certify it, is included in the price paid by voting system manufacturers like Dominion to Voting System Testing Laboratories VSTLs. Pro V & V has been the VSTL primarily paid by Dominion to test their Democracy Suite series, so they would be very familiar with the system. But the EAC has been primarily responsible for making sure a voting system meets the Voluntary Voting System Guidelines (VVSG) they established, not auditing elections.
The other VSTL Maricopa County hired to conduct their “Forensic Audit” SLI Compliance, was paid for their work.
Maybe Pro V & V donated their services… They put in a lot of work getting Dominions Democracy Suite 5.5 B certified by the EAC:
Then again, with all the pre-certification testing they did, Pro V & V didn’t discover or report the issue related to the scanning and reporting operations for the ImageCast Precinct versions 5.5-B (5.5.31.1) and 5.5-C (5.5.41.3) described in Dominions Product Advisory Notice Dated Feb 25, 2022.
Another thing I find odd is that by law the only voting systems allowed to be used in Arizona must be Certified by the EAC. According to the EAC Dominions Democracy Suite, 5.5 B was not certified as meeting VVSG standards until 09/10/2019. So how and why did Maricopa County enter into a contract with Dominion for that System on July 26th, 2019?
I believe the contract was awared by Maricopa County on June 26, 2019, it was entered into on the 26th of July 2019 and the contract became effective 08/1/2019 but that particular voting system was not certified on any of those dates
It’s a little confusing. I’ll look into the Countys contract with Dominion a little more and let you know what I find out.
